Ronald Kent Albert Nicholl, age 81, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away quietly at his daughter’s home Saturday morning, October 25, 2014.
He was born in Bellefontaine March 21, 1933, to the late A.Q.R. and Frances (Culp) Nicholl. Also preceding him in death were two brothers, Eldon and Gerald Nicholl and a son-in-law, Joseph Foreman.
Surviving are his children, James (Cheryl) Nicholl, Jane Foreman, Beverly (Tony) Willis, Dianna (Don) Small and Bill (Tammy) Nicholl; the mother of his children, Ruth (Norton) Nicholl; grandchildren, Kris (Chasity) Nicholl, Katrina Nicholl, Michelle (Josh) Miller, Jason Foreman, Sgt. Johnathan (Dani) Willis, Specialist Michael (Aileen) Willis, Katie (Joel) Krabill, Jacob Willis, Patrick Willis, Amanda Small, Bethany Small, Cara Small, Zachariah Small, Noah Nicholl, Nathan Nicholl; fifteen great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert (Betty) Nicholl, and several nieces and nephews.
Ron was employed by Watkins Feed Mill, Landmark, Carter Steel and Super Foods where he retired in 1993. He was also self-employed in Nicholl Fencing.
Pastor Ronald Irick will conduct the funeral service Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at the First Church of God in Bellefontaine at 1 P.M. where visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine from 2 to 4 P.M. and 6 to 8 P.M.
Interment will be at the Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.
