Ronald Reeder

Ronald G. Reeder, 71, of Zanesfield, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at the Union Memorial Hospital in Marysville, Ohio. He was born August 5, 1938, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Thomas and Margaret (Hartsough) Reeder.

He is survived by his wife, Roberta Harroun, whom he married April 13, 1974, in Toledo, Ohio. Also surviving are two sons, Ronald G. Reeder and Gary T. (Cheri) Reeder both of Galena, Ohio; a daughter, Jennifer (Kirk) Horton of Bellefontaine, Ohio; a brother, Robert (Sharon) Reeder of Dublin, Ohio; eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Veronica Lee Pennington and a brother, James Reeder.

A truck driver, he enjoyed being on the road working and retired in January of 2008. He attended the First Lutheran Church in Bellefontaine and enjoyed fishing and archery.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 13, 2010, at the First Lutheran Church in Bellefontaine with Pastor Jonathan Bull officiating. There will be visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.

The staff at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine assisted the family with the arrangements.
