Rosella Fahle

Rosella L. Fahle, 79, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Friday, September 24, 2010 at Heartland of Bellefontaine. She was born September 14, 1931 in Bellefontaine, the daughter of the late Ottis and Myrtle (Lyons) Zachariah.

On October 22, 1949 she married Russel E. Fahle in Kentucky, and he preceded her in death December 30, 2000. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa July 4, 2010 and a sister.

She is survived by a son, Steven P. (Brenda) Fahle of Bellefontaine; a sister, Betty Knowles of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren, Steven P. Fahle Jr. of Bellefontaine, Ryan (Randi Dee) Fahle of Marysville, Ohio, and Kimberly Fahle of Bellefontaine; and a great grandson, Gavin Fahle.

A 1949 graduate of Bellefontaine High School, Rosella retired after thirty one years of service as a cook for the Bellefontaine City Schools. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Bellefontaine and enjoyed camping, playing cards and spending time with her family.

Rev. William Zeller will conduct a graveside service at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at the Bellefontaine Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 5 to 7 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine Tuesday, September 28, 2010.
