Roy Westfall
Roy E. Westfall, 89, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at his residence.
He was born August 26, 1923 in Troy, Ohio, to the late Mary (Heizer) Westfall.
In 1953, he married the former Clara Fay in Toledo, Ohio and she preceded him in death January 26, 2006. He was also preceded in death by two daughters, Mary Lee Westfall and Earlena Jackson and a grandson, Robby Cook.
Surviving is a son, Bill (Linda) Westfall of Bellefontaine; a step daughter, Sandy (Donald) Stahler of Rushsylvania, Ohio; a sister, Imogene (Norman) Wehner of Piqua, Ohio; five grandsons, Mike, Don and Eric Cook and Nathan and Matt Westfall; ten great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Roy was a member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed hunting, baking pies for his friends in Rushsylvania and having coffee at the One Stop Marathon.
Calling hours are Friday, April 5, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine where the funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 6, 2013, with Pastor Eric Cook officiating. Interment will be at the Harper Cemetery in Harper, Ohio.
