Ruth Fulkerson

Ruth E. Fulkerson, 86, of Belle Center, Ohio, passed away at 12:13 p.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2009, at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine, Ohio. She was born in Logan County February 17, 1922, a daughter of the late Robert J. and Anna Jane Patterson Aiken.

On February 14, 1944, she married Andrew F. Fulkerson in Belle Center, and he survives, along with a daughter, Dorothy (Paul) Alexander of Bellefontaine. She was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Aiken.

A registered nurse, she was a graduate of Christ Hospital Nursing School in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of the United Presbyterian Church in Belle Center.

Rev. James Sweigart will conduct the graveside service at 3 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2009, at the Huntsville Cemetery in Huntsville, Ohio.
