Sandra Henline

Sandra G. Henline, 71, of Lakeview passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in Logan Acres Care Center.

She was born in Logan County, Ohio on November 17, 1944, the daughter of the late Gail and Mary Helen Groves. She is also preceded in death by an infant son, Dwight Ferguson II and her children’s father, Dwight Ferguson, one sister, Mary Phyllis Mortimore, and two brothers, Jack and Eddie Groves.

She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Taunette Ferguson and Anthony Hill of Lakeview, her loving husband of 21 years, James R. Henline of Lakeview, numerous nieces and nephews, two brothers, Richard and Max Groves, and eight step-children, whom she loved as her own.

Sandra retired from Mary Rutan Hospital in 2008 after 30 years of service, where she worked as a dietician tech. She enjoyed flowers, working in her yard, and always enjoyed visits from her family and friends, especially her morning coffee partner, Becky Coyer Smith. She also enjoyed her sidekicks, Bentley and Puddles, and her seven kitty cats.

Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a funeral service at 12 Noon on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 321 N. Main St. Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311. Visitation will be on Monday at the funeral home from 6 until 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Burial will be in Huntsville Cemetery.
