Sharon K. Sheeley

Sharon K. Sheeley, age 71, of Belle Center, Ohio passed away at 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 7, 2019, at her residence.

She was born in Kenton, Ohio December 5, 1947, the daughter of the late Harry R. and Ruth I. (Gardner) Grunden.  She was also preceded in death by a brother, Roger Grunden.

On September 19, 1970, she married Charles Sheeley and he survives. She is also survived by a brother, Ronald Grunden of Cecil, Ohio; three sisters-in-law, Carolyne Forsythe of East Liberty, Ohio, Mary Kay (Lavern) Steinberger of Bellefontaine, Ohio and Linda Kauffman of Bellefontaine; “like a granddaughter”, Annika Chappell of Belle Center and several nieces and nephews.

Sharon was a member of the Belle Center Church of Christ for many years.  She was a second grade teacher with Benjamin Logan School District for thirty plus years and enjoyed reading.

Pastor John Watkins will officiate a graveside service at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at the Fairview Cemetery in Belle Center at the shelter building.

The arrangements are in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Belle Center.
