Sharon Rose Worsham, 71, of Quincy, Ohio, passed away at 10:45 A.M. Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the Miami Valley Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. She was born in Metamora, Illinois April 28, 1941, to the late Floyd and Ruby (Burton) Finfrock.
On March 4, 1965 she married Larry Roy Worsham in Jellico, Tennessee and he preceded her in death January 15, 2009. An infant sister Georgia, also preceded her in death.
She is survived by three daughters, Tamara (Kurt) Fielder, Kelley Worsham and Patricia (John) Marmon, all of Quincy; two sons, Tab (Audra) Worsham of Fairborn, Ohio and Matthew Worsham of Quincy; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a sister, Jackie (Fred) Penrod of DeGraff, Ohio; two brothers, Bill (Carol) Finfrock of DeGraff and Fred (Ginny) Finfrock of Michigan, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A homemaker, Sharon was a 1959 graduate of Quincy High School. She was a member of the Quincy United Methodist church where she volunteered at the Five Loaves Food Pantry. She was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and enjoyed auto racing.
Pastor Frank James will conduct the funeral service Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Quincy United Methodist Church in Quincy. Calling hours will be Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 2 to 4 P.M. and 6 to 8 P.M. at the church. Interment will be at the Highland Memorial Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made to: Five Loaves Food Pantry in care of the church.
The staff of the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine handled the arrangements.
