Shelley Joan Kasper

Shelley Joan Kasper, 65, of Zanesfield, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2022, at her home. She was born in Marion, Ohio on October 16, 1956, a daughter of the late Clarence and Delores Maxine (Lower) Rupright Jr.

On June 4, 2004, Shelley married Dennis L. Kasper in Bellefontaine, Ohio and he preceded her in death on October 1, 2019.

Shelley retired from Midwest Express and is survived by her son David (Angela) Garrison and their children, Isaiah and Grace.

Per Shelley’s request, there will be no public services.
