Thelma Miller

Thelma Jeanne Miller, 90, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 4:45 P.M. at her home. She was born November 8, 1921 in Ada, Ohio, a daughter of the late Charley and Ethel (Deringer) Dally.

On August 7, 1949 in Ada, Ohio, she married Edgar Miller and he preceded her in death February 20, 2002. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Dr. George Dally and Jack E. Dally.

Survivors include a daughter, Janice Miller of Bellefontaine and a godson, Jacob Miller of Hilliard, Ohio.

She was a graduate of Ada High School, the St. Rita’s School of Nursing, and the University of Findlay.

She was a registered nurse and member of the First United Methodist Church in Bellefontaine, United Methodist Women, Eastern Star, Legion Auxiliary and Miz Pah Circle of Kings Daughters.

The family would like to say a special thanks to Ruthie and to Open Arms including, Linda, Ann, Molly, Paula, Jen, Luke, Annette and Pam.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, December 11, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at the Bellefontaine Cemetery in Bellefontaine, with Pastor Ed Beale and Michelle Garver officiating.
