Thelma L. Raney

Thelma L. Raney, age 87, of Bellefontaine, went home to be with her Lord and Savior at 3:56 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2018. She was born in Naugatuck, West Virginia on May 24, 1931.

She is also survived by her children, Dixie Raney of Bellefontaine, John Mattox of Missouri, Donna Matthews of Arizona, and Ray Keeran of Arizona; 14 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Hopie Gillian of Camden. Thelma was preceded in death by a son, Donald Mattox on April 27, 2017; and 8 of her siblings.

Thelma loved and was loved by all her children.  She enjoyed watching scary movies and big-time wrestling. Thelma also enjoyed shopping and family gatherings. All who knew Thelma, will miss her.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Funeral arrangements are in care of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Bellefontaine.
