Thomas Ullom

Thomas J. Ullom, 72, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2010 in Heartland of Bellefontaine. He was born September 3, 1938 in Marietta, Ohio, the son of the late Earl and Margaret (Summerville) Ullom.

He is survived by his two sons; Kerry and wife Sherri Ullom of Bellefontaine, Brett and wife Jaclyn Ullom of Huntsville, Ohio, one brother; Terry and wife Connie Ullom of Montana, two sisters; Phyllis Miller of Belpre, Ohio and Maribell and husband John Harris of Parkersburg, West Virginia, and seven grandchildren.

Tom served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and later worked eighteen years as a Police Officer for the Springfield City Police Department. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #2563 in Bellefontaine and was an avid golfer.

There will be private family services with burial in the Dayton National Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Adriel Foundation PO Box 188 West Liberty, OH 43357

The staff at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine assisted the family with the arrangements.
