Thomas A. White

Thomas A. White, age 65, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away at 4:30 A.M. Monday, October 22, 2018 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born in Chillicothe, Ohio April 24, 1953, the son of the late Henry Clay Jr. and Mary Lou (Thompson) White. He was also preceded in death by a great-grandchild.

On June 12, 1982 in Bellefontaine, he married Cathie L. Alexander and she survives.

He is also survived by a daughter, Tammy L. Queen of Kenton, Ohio; two sons, Art Dearwester of Bellefontaine and Chris (Lisa) White of DeGraff, Ohio; two grandchildren, DeAnn Thompson and Natasha Thompson; a step grandson, Timmy Barto; twelve great-grandchildren and his best friend, Gary Alexander of Huntsville, Ohio.

Thomas was a 1971 graduate of Bellefontaine High School and worked for H.B.D. Industries for sixteen years in material service, and then went to work for Honda of America where he worked at the East Liberty plant for most of his twenty six year career in the paint department.  He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Bellefontaine and enjoyed reading his Bible.  He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and just about any outside activity.  He enjoyed being outside with farm animals, dogs, and all wildlife.

Pastor Jeffory Willetts will officiate the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 27, 2018 at the Calvary Baptist Church in Bellefontaine.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 26, 2018 from 4 to 7 P.M. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Bellefontaine and again Saturday one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will be at the Bellefontaine Cemetery in Bellefontaine.

The arrangements are in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Bellefontaine.
