Tiana Flor Monterroza, 9 day old daughter of Rene and Cassandra (Fraber) Monterroza, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born October 16, 2012 in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Surviving are her parents, whom survive in Bellefontaine; a brother, Rayiatt Monterroza of Bellefontaine; paternal grandfather, Herminio Monterroza of El Salvador; and maternal grandparents, Tony and Sue Fraber of Bellefontaine.
A private family graveside service will be held Monday, October 29, 2012 in the Bellefontaine Cemetery.
The staff of the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine handled the arrangements.
