Verna Kirkbride

Verna M. Kirkbride, age 75, of Newton Falls, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Heartland of Bellefontaine in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

She was born March 14, 1939 in Salem, Ohio, to the late William Sr. and Nellie (Lipscomb) McNeal.

On October 23, 1960, she married C. Wayne Kirkbride and he preceded her in death July 30, 1988.

Surviving are her children, Timothy Kirkbride of Newton Falls and Kim (Richard) Moore of Bellefontaine; grandchildren, Ashley and Brittany Kirkbride and Madison and Avery Moore; great grandchildren, James Papp and Rileigh Westover; her siblings, Florence (Anthony) Layton of Daytona Beach, Florida, William (Marion) McNeal and Thomas (Sharon) McNeal, both of Lisbon, Ohio, and many nieces and nephews.

Verna worked for Nymold Molded Products in Garrettsville, Ohio. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Newton Falls.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The staff of the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine assisted the family with the arrangements.
