Victor Hibbs

Victor Boyd Hibbs, 75, of Bellefontaine passed away Monday, July 6, 2015 at his residence.

He was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 31, 1939, the son of the late Frank Edwin Jr. and Virginia Lorraine (Rittenhouse) Hibbs. In addition to his parents, Victor was also preceded in death by two sisters, Sharon Sue Kelley and Carole Anne Ellis.

He is survived by his children; Virginia Lynn (Dwayne) Chandler, Victor Boyd (Pam) Hibbs II, Kimberly Sue Ramay, Darlene Denise (Cameron) Smith, Malinda Lee Miller, and Stephanie Ann (Brian) Green, 16 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and a brother, Lawrence E. Hibbs.

Victor served in the U.S. Air Force and then later went to work as a Plastics Tool Builder in the Aircraft Industry before retiring. He enjoyed spending time going fishing with his family and was an avid gardener. He also enjoyed photography as part of his pastime.

There are no planned services at this time. Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, Bellefontaine assisted the family with arrangements and cremation.
