Victor Scott

Biography

Victor Lee Scott, 63, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Wednesday morning, September 21, 2011 at his home. He was born in Bellefontaine February 26, 1948, to the late Jason Scott and Rebecca (Cheeseman) Scott Broaddus, who survives.

Victor worked for the Logan County Sheriff's Department from June of 1981 through June of 2006. He was a member of Vineyard Christian Church and was a graduate of Bellefontaine High School, class of 1966.

On June 8, 1985, he married Judith Skinner in Bellefontaine, and she survives along with daughters, Victoria (Jordan) Kesler of Bellefontaine, Sonya Losey of Middleburg, Ohio, and Kathy Scott of Kenton, Ohio; a son, Thomas G. (Tami) Scott of DeGraff, Ohio; 5 grandchildren, Russell Harp, Gage, Logan, Jacob and Liam Scott; a brother, Matthew (JoAnn) Scott of Englewood, Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 11 A.M. with Pastor Chuck Temple officiating, where calling hours will be held Friday, September 23, 2011 from 5 to 7 P.M. and also on Saturday, one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will be at the Bellefontaine Cemetery in Bellefontaine, Ohio.
