Virginia Parsons

Virginia L. Parsons, 91, of West Liberty, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Green Hills Care Center. She was born in West Liberty on January 28, 1926 to the late Clinton Porter and Alice (Sturgis) Buroker. She was also preceded in death by her step-father, Emil Buroker and her husband, Pastor William E. Parsons Sr.

She is survived by a daughter; Nancy (Russell) Clendenin of Maryville, Tennessee; a son, William E. (Pam) Parsons of Jefferson, Ohio; grandchildren, Joy (Robert) Radke, Philip (Becky) Clendenin and Joshua Parsons; great-grandchildren, Emma, Pete, Anna and Ben; sister; Marilyn (Carl) Smith and brother, Adam Buroker; nieces Sue Smith and Brenda Page and a nephew Scott Smith.

Virginia loved God and all his people.

Pastor Duane Beck will officiate a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home 101 Zanesfield Rd., West Liberty where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, West Liberty.
