Vivian Mary Millisor, 89, of Belle Center, Ohio passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 at Logan Acres Senior Community in Bellefontaine.
She was born in Logan County Ohio July 24, 1931, a daughter of the late Charles E. Sr. and Eva Lou (Engle) Newman.
On September 18, 1949 in Tremont City, Ohio she married Ralph James Millisor and he preceded her in death January 27, 1978. She was also preceded in death by a son, Thomas Millisor; two sisters, Garnet Roebuck and Velma Ruth Plikerd and four brothers, Charles Jr., Robert, Thomas and John Newman.
She is survived by her three children Vicky Lee Millisor of Salisbury, North Carolina, Gina (Steven) Miller of Belle Center and James Wesley (Cheri) Millisor of Muskegon, Michigan; five grandchildren Dodi (Brian) Beaver, Rod Saylor, Kyra (Andrew) Fry, Daniel (fiancé, Grace Stone) Millisor and Jennifer Millisor; four great grandchildren Katie Beaver, Levi Beaver, Alexa Fry and Emmett Fry; three sisters-in-laws Barbara Newman, Sherril Newman and Nancy Millisor; a brother-in-law, Ron Roebuck and many nieces and nephews.
Vivian was a 1949 graduate of Belle Center High School and retired from Thermoid in 1995, after fourteen years of service. She was a long-time member of the Belle Center United Methodist Church, Bellefontaine Chapter of the O.E.S. #459 and the Belle Center American Legion Auxiliary #266. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and reading but most of all, loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Pastor Kevin Smith will officiate the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 11, 2021 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Belle Center where visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and again on Thursday one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be at the Fairview Cemetery in Belle Center.
Due to current pandemic orders, please be symptom-free, practice social distancing and are encouraged to wear a mask.
