Vivian Jacqueline Schrader, 85, of Belle Center went to be with her Lord Saturday afternoon, February 13, 2016 at Logan Acres Care Center. She was born in Taylor Creek, Hardin County, on April 15, 1930 to the late William Carl and Mattie Evelyn (Hites) Baughman. She married Foster W. Schrader on July 3, 1949 at the New Richland Baptist Church and he preceded her in death on January 24, 2014. Vivian was also preceded in death by a son Stephen Foster Schrader, siblings: William Harold (Elizabeth “Babe”) Baughman, Arthur Leroy (Alice) Baughman, Dorcas Virginia (Merle) Robb, Margaret Marie (Robert) Robb, and brothers-in-law Millard Robb and Donald Heminger.

A 1949 graduate of Huntsville High School, Vivian spent many years working in food service with the Mesa (Arizona) School System. She was a wonderful homemaker and enjoyed needle work, reading and spending time with her family. She was a member of New Richland Baptist Church and was active with the women’s group.

Vivian is survived by her son Stanley Schrader of Kenton; daughter-in-law Ginger Booth of Grand Canyon, AZ; seven grandchildren: Chelle (Rob) Price of Mesa, AZ, Erin (Virgil) McArthur of Mesa, AZ, Gary (Christina) Schrader of Oktaha, OK, Theresa (John) Mitchel of Glendale, AZ, Ty (Rebecca) Schrader of Tampa, FL, Shannon (Michael) Hoffman of Hubert, NC and Shawn Schrader of Ridgeway, OH; eighteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; sisters Julia “Joan” Heminger and Ada Madaline Robb, both of Bellefontaine; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, Belle Center on Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8pm. Pastor Steve Smith will officiate the funeral service on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 11am at the New Richland Baptist Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Belle Center.
