Wanda Mae Patton, 100, of West Liberty and formerly of Belle Center, passed away at 4:45 a.m. on Sunday, June 24, 2018 in the Green Hills Inn.

She was born in Belle Center on November 7, 1917, the daughter of the late Chester Ira and Ella (Fisher) Stephenson.

On August 9, 1936 in Belle Center, she married James Richard Patton and he preceded her in death on May 27, 2007.  She is also preceded in death by two granddaughters.

She is also survived by a daughter, Kay Shroyer of Largo, FL and three sons; Don (Judy) Patton of Belle Center, OH, Joe (Birt) Patton of Naples, FL, Stephen (Connie) Patton of Pleasant Hill, OH, 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.

Wanda was a homemaker and an avid reader, reading numerous books each week.  She was very active in church activities while at Green Hills.  She enjoyed wintering in Naples, Florida for 25 years.

Her son, Pastor Don Patton will officiate a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 5, 2018 in Foundation Hall at Green Hills Community, 6557 US RT 68 S, West Liberty, Ohio 43357. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Belle Center at a later date.

The arrangements are in the care of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Belle Center.
