Wanda Trabert

Wanda F. Trabert, 77, of West Liberty, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

She was born August 26, 1935 in Cloden, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Winifred and Ora B. (Martin) Honaker.

She married Robert L. Trabert November 22, 1953, in Sidney, Ohio and he preceded her in death June 9, 2002. She was also preceded in death by a son, Lenny Ray Trabert; a sister; 4 brothers and 2 half brothers.

Survivors include her sons, David Trabert of Troy, Ohio and Robert (Cathy) Trabert of West Liberty; eleven grandchildren, James Trabert, Mike (Tara) Trabert, Chris Trabert, Bobbie Jo Smith, Ryan Trabert, Latasha (Chad) Hackley, Jennifer (Jimmie) Ashford, Nikita Trabert, Bradley Trabert, Jena Wiseman and Nicole Trabert; twelve great-grandchildren; brothers, Tee Honaker of Sidney, Ohio, Larry (Shirley) Honaker of Oregon, Ohio and Denny Jacquis of Sidney,Ohio; a sister, Reba (Norman) Jones of Sidney and many special friends.

She was a Christian lady and a true lover of the Lord. She loved to bake cookies and share them with everyone and also loved her birds and flowers.

Nathaniel “Levi” King will officiate the funeral service Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 10 A.M. at the Kauffman-Eichholtz Funeral Home in West Liberty, where calling hours are Friday, December 21, 2012, from 4 to 7 P.M. Interment will be at the Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty.
