William Finfrock

William E. “Bill” Finfrock, 72, of DeGraff, passed away at 3:34 p.m. on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Bluffton Hospital in Bluffton, Ohio. He was born in Quincy, Ohio on May 31, 1944 to the late Floyd and Ruby (Burton) Finfrock. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Sharon Worsham and an infant sister Georgia.

On February 21, 1969 Bill married the former Carol Heath in Middletown, Ohio, and she survives, along with their three children, Heather Finfrock, Paul (Megan Irwin) Finfrock, and Erin (Richie) Roof; three granddaughters, Chelsea Giles, Shelby Giles, and Riley Giles; a sister, Jackie Penrod; a brother, Fred (Ginny) Finfrock; brother and sisters-in-law, Rick Heath, Sue (Bill) Weiskittle, and Deb French; and several nieces and nephews.

Bill had worked 12 years on the railroad for DT&I before retiring as a rural mail carrier for the DeGraff Post Office following over 30 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and especially loved attending the sporting events of his children and granddaughters.

The family will receive friends from 3-6 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 210 W. Hayes Street, DeGraff, Ohio 43318. Per Bill’s wishes, there will be no other services.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in DeGraff.
